Thalassa Museum

The Municipal Thalassa Museum has as its focus the sea and it aims to present to the public and the visitors of Cyprus the role and the importance of the sea in the Cyprus history from the Old Ages up to today.

Operational since 2005, there are seven different levels, each presenting an aspect of the importance of the sea (Thalassa in Greek) in the different time periods since life dawned in Cyprus.
